My Short Story to be Published in Rattle Tales Anthology & Reviews of My Reading

Rattle Tales Website: Paul McVeigh kicked off the second half with Martin Campbell Is – The Incredible Invisible Boy, the very moving story of a young boy trying to escape a violent parental relationship. The audience were stunned by Paul’s heartfelt performance and it felt as if the whole room were taking a breath at once.

Isabel Costello - "I was completely blown away to find myself performing in the company of such amazingly talented writers. All the stories were great, but yours, combined with your delivery, is the one I keep thinking about. The way you inhabited the character was awe-inspiring."

Katherine Doggeril - "Such a great performance and such a story. The audience was entranced and moved - one of them told me it took her until halfway through the next story to pull herself together."

Erinna Metler - "A great story and a very moving performance. We have had so many comments about your story - all good!"

Faye Godwin - "A privilege to hear you read. From the moment you read your first word I became absorbed. The performance you gave and the words you read were outstanding. It felt as if you had put your whole self into it. I felt happy then sad. I laughed and at times water escaped from my eyes. There was even a moment when I am sure I stopped breathing. Hearing your story and watching you read was an experience that totally blew me away. I hope I get the chance to read your story in print one day and I really hope I get to hear you read again in the future."
