The Literary Review Submissions Open.

The Literary Review Submission Manager

We are now open for submissions!
Your submissions are a vital component of our editorial mission. We are proud that a huge portion of what we publish comes to us through this process. That means we can’t wait to read your work and that we doggedly read every submission. That means we can be slow to respond. We apologize. But if we were to choose rapid response over careful reading we wouldn’t be serving your work or our journal. If you are still waiting to hear from us about a submission, please be patient. We are on it.
Because we depend on your contributions, we encourage you to read TLR before submitting: That’s synchronicity. Actually, we encourage you to read TLR. It’s a good magazine. On our website, you’ll find a great deal of writing from our own pages and from the pages of other magazines—all representative of our interests and sensibilities. You can also order single issues through ourFind page. Or, if you’re feeling especially enthusiastic about the future of literature, you can Subscribe. (We even have digital editions and a digital subscription through the Apple Store.)…
We are currently reading for these forthcoming themes: Street CredOpposite DayJohn LeCarrè, and Child Prodigies and Angry Old People. Please submit here.
With our best wishes,
Minna Proctor, Editor
