Submission Guidelines

Soliloquies accepts writing on any theme, in any style (excluding academic essays). We are proud to publish work by writers and artists from all over the world in the following genres:

• Short Fiction (3,500 words max.)
• Poetry (8 pages max.)
• Creative Non-Fiction (3,500 words max.)
• Drama (8 pages max.)
• Comics (8 pages max.)

With each submission, include your contact information, a short cover letter and a 70 word bio.

Please ensure that your name does not appear anywhere on the manuscript.

Please submit electronically through our Submittable account at soliloquies.submishmash.com.

Cover Letter:

When you submit you will be prompted to include a cover letter. This cover letter is separate from your 70 word author bio (which will be included in the journal should your work be accepted). In the cover letter, please include your contact information and any other words you wish to say about your work. If you do not want to write an extensive cover letter, a few words will do. It is not mandatory.

Any work submitted through our email account or otherwise will not be considered. If you are having issues with the Submittable site, please contact us on Facebook or at soliloquies.concordia@gmail.com immediately.
